Joystic designs the travel assistant specific to your brand. We are not a traditional booking platform that expects you to do the work. Hosts subscriptions include travel assistant creation, digital marketing assets, ongoing travel customer support, product contracting, supplier relationship management and future platform development.
The only additional costs relate to Host's physical marketing collateral. While Joystic supplies branded digital assets to help promote your travel assistant and Host Code, any printing costs and physical marketing are at the Host's own expense. These are optional and vary depending on the nature of your business.
Profit share is the net revenue from commissionable products sold. After third-party transaction costs are deducted, the remaining revenue is profit shared evenly between Joystic and the applicable Host.
Joystic Assist is the customer support solution for app users. For all in-trip sales and service, our team is on hand and ready to help make trips awesome. Hosts can feel confident knowing their customers are getting more than just an online booking engine.
